Arrived fast and well packaged! Only criticism is that the wool isn't super soft, hoping that it softens up with blocking!

Than you for your comment. May I recommend you to try our Baby Alpaca yarn, if you are looking for a super soft fiber, this is definitely the one !!!

I really want to give a superior review - I have bought so many kits. The patterns say beginner they are hard to understand. If you have a problem or question it typically takes 4 emails to get an answer while begging them to answer your emails. Seriously its expensive yarn they should really have better customer service.
