How to make fringe with more than 1 strand for Latch Hook

Before starting your Latch Hook project, make sure you have all the pre-cut strands of the colors, sizes and fibers that you will need. When using finer yarns, we sometimes have to use more than one strand per square to fill it in. Latch hook projects are started from the bottom up.
