Yesterday, your order order was refunded, less than 3 business days after your original comment. This TrustPilot profile is about our US store. Your case is about a parcel being delivered to the UK and was not handled by our US warehouse neither our US transport partners. Unfortunately, logistics is not a perfect science and parcels may get lost. We apologize about this situation.
